Why do I have to pay?
Because we only want the most serious of nominees for this prestigious title. Obviously, a small fee guarantees you’re really committed to the intense competition of Employee of the Month. After all, it’s not like we’re doing this for fun or anything, right?
How does this whole nomination thing work?
It’s simple! You nominate yourself or a deserving colleague (we’ll trust your judgment). Pay the small fee to confirm your spot in the monthly raffle, sit back, and wait to see if luck is on your side. If you win, you get to bask in the glory as our Employee of the Month with your name and photo shining on the website. And if you’re in it for the long haul, enter the yearly raffle for the ultimate bragging rights!
What do I get if I win?

The raffle is 100% random, so all you need to do is nominate yourself and let fate (or our random generator) take over.
How much does it cost to enter?
For just 1 CHF, you can nominate yourself for Employee of the Month. Feeling ambitious? For 12 CHF, you’ll not only be entered for Employee of the Year, but you’ll also get to participate in every single monthly raffle. More chances to win, more chances to gloat—sounds like a good deal to us!
Can I nominate my friend or colleague?
Of course! Spread the love (and maybe some friendly embarrassment) by nominating that amazing coworker who always covers your shifts or cracks the best jokes in meetings. Just remember, you must ask them for a photo and get their agreement before nominating them—consent is key, and we’re all about keeping things fair and fun!
What happens if I win Employee of the Year?
